Areas of Practice

Living life is inevitably going to come with experiencing pain. But, did you know that suffering is optional? Suffering is the interpretation or story we make up about our pain, often through negative thoughts, judgements, or beliefs. When we try to push pain away, we actually create more suffering through our resistance. It’s OK not to be OK all the time.

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed with any of the following, I’d like to help.
